He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Desilets and Celia Desilets (Fidalgo). He is survived by: his sibling Celene Filip (Gerard) of West Springfield; his nieces and nephews, Tammy Russell (Michael) of West Springfield, Gerard Filip, Jr. of West Springfield, Nathan Filip (Caitlin) of Holden and Jenna Rosado of West Springfield; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Ryan Russell, Jonathan Rosado, Jr., Christopher, Vyla, Kiernan, Gabriel, Cayson, Lyla, Pippa and Lincoln Filip. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Parish (181 Hubbard St, Ludlow, MA 01056).
