He is survived by: his brother Richard Chrzan (Eileen) of Enfield, CT; his nephew Kevin Chrzan; his niece Lori Thompson of Enfield, CT.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marina, Kyle and Cameron Thompson; and his cousins, Paul Chrzan, John Struziak of Ludlow and Ronald Struziak of Longmeadow.
