He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zulkiewicz (Kosmider); his sons, Michael Zulkiewicz (Carrie Kennedy) of Windsor, CT and David Zulkiewicz (Denise Bates) of Feeding Hills; and his grandson Zachary Zulkiewicz.
