He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Mucha and Emily Mucha (Ukleja); and his sister Phyllis Richard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mucha (Desautels); his daughters, Melanie Freeman (Dayton) of Denver, Colorado and Missy Mucha (Scott Raymond) of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Emily, Brad, Bria and Ally; his nieces, Kimberly Daly and Janet Richard; and his great-niece Kayla. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
