He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Moquin and Helena Moquin (Hamlin); and his siblings, Richard, Gary Moquin and Barbara Martins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moquin (Ptaszkiewicz) of Ludlow; his sons, James Moquin (Melissa) of Ludlow, Robert Moquin of Park Ridge, NJ and Kevin Moquin (Shannon) of Portland, ME.; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ashlyn and Brennan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home (64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Island Pond Cemetery.
