Though Vera may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vera touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hnatiw of Ukraine and Irena Hnatiw of Ukraine. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony of Ludlow and Andrew (Victoria); her grandchildren, Vivienne and Beckett of Brookline, NH.; her sister Rose Syriac; and her sisters-in-law, Joanne Grimaldi (Jack) and Ann Marie Lovotti (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the St. Aloysius Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056).
