She is survived by: her parents, Christopher LeBlanc and Kathleen LeBlanc (Michalczyk); her son Jacob; her sister Nicole (Brian Davis); her nephew Lyle Davis; her grandparents, Doris Frigon of Ludlow, Theresa Conner of Ludlow and Michael Michalczyk, Sr. of South Hadley; and her godmother Renee Napolitano. She is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends.
