He is survived by: his wife Rita Grainge (Fitzsimmons); his daughter Sarah King (Graeme) of Twickenham, UK; his grandchildren, Alex, Lottie, Erin, Michael, David and Jonathan; Luke Grainge (Susan) of Houston, TX and Martha Planten of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many brother masons and friends.
