She was predeceased by: her parents, William Maciak and Mabel Maciak (McCarthy); and her sister Patricia Naugle (Maciak). She is survived by: her brothers, William Jr. (Diana), Michael (Maria) and James (Doreen); and her brother-in-law Robert Naugle. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
