He is survived by: his stepmother Evangeline LeBlanc (Richard); his children, Dennis A. LeBlanc (Carolyn) of Lynnfield and Dean J. LeBlanc of Lynn; his grandchildren, Joshua Russell, Courtney Russell, Elizabeth Wilfong (Christopher), Deanna Hartsog (Matthew), Kelsey-Anne LeBlanc, Kyle LeBlanc and Lindsay Porter; and his stepsiblings, Robert Richard, Eleanor Rodier, Emma Evans and Dorothy Flanagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
