He was predeceased by: his wife Amelia C. "Mimi" Uva (Picariello); his parents, Aurelio Uva and Natalina Uva (Sicuriello); and his brothers, Tony and Tommy Uva.
He is survived by: his sons, John J. Uva (Jamie) and Scott M. Uva (Mariflor); his grandchildren, Melissa (Zane), Michael (Andreana), Gabriel, Ian and Isabella; his great grandchild Nathan; his sister Nancy Stapleton (Robert); and his sister-in-law Mary Uva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Ocean Street (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (26 Bessom St, Lynn, MA 01902).
