He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Michael Murphy of Beverly, MA, Ross Patrick Murphy of Amesbury, MA and Madison James Murphy of Amesbury, MA.; his sisters, Patricia Gail Ford of Laconia, NH and Mabel Hardy Melanson of Salisbury, MA.; Lisa Murphy.
