With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ashley M. Forward of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her cousin Juliana Attanasio. She is survived by : her mother Michelle Luongo of Lynn; her siblings, Anthony Forward and Jillian Luongo; her grandmother Patricia Luongo; her boyfriend Julio Cora; her aunt Mary Krzywicki; her uncle Steven Krzywicki; her godparents, Amanda Vazquez and Nelson Medieros; and her cousins, Angela Krzywicki, Alexis Krzywicki, Ariana Medieros, Baily Attanasio, Janessa Krzywicki and Matayo Krzywicki. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
