She was predeceased by: her husband Giovanni S. Fazio; and her parents, Nicola Salafia and Carolina Salafia (Franzilino). She is survived by: her children, Giuseppe Fazio (Jayme) of Norwood and Veronica Searles (Richard); and her siblings, Alfredo, Ernesto Salafia, Concetta, Marisa and Rita Salafia. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
