He was predeceased by: his parents, Agraciado Paez Patricio and Maria Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Flordeliz Tamarez; his stepsiblings, Mayra Paez, Claudia Batia, Jose Luis Paez, Joan Paez, Jose Miguel Paez, Leonardo Batia, Gleny Batia and Kelvin Batia; his stepfather Felipe Batia; and his godchildren, Maria Patricio Paez, Juana Patricio Paez, Belkis Rojas, Elexida Paredes, Marlena Diroche, Leomar Diroche, Marceliz Tolentino, Massiel Tolentino, Bryan Tolentino, Francisco Tolentino Jr., Johan Paredes, Gisell De La Cruz, Margaret Almonte, Andres Almonte, Cristal Gil, Perla Gil, Novieski Suero, Peña of Indiana and Derlin Suero. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Ocean St (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
