She was predeceased by: her husband Peter J. Costello Sr.; her parents, John H. Donnelly and Alice L. Donnelly (Rolland); and her sibling Marion Costello. She is survived by: her children, Linda Meredith (Craig) of North Carolina, Peter J. "Joey" Costello Jr. of Saugus, Robert "Bob" Costello (Barbara) of Lynn and Paul "Gus" Costello (Janet) of Reading; her grandchildren, Kristin Meredith Galley (Richard) of England, David Costello (Wendy) of Lynn, Caitlin Costello of Westfield and Megan Costello of Boston; her great grandchildren, Duncan, Reagan Galley of England, Troy, Roman and Logan Costello of Lynn; and her sister Mary Crowley.
