Owens Jr. of Lynn, Massachusetts, born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara L. Owens (Broadnax); and his nephew Darren Tyler. He is survived by: his father Cornelius E. Owens Sr. of Raleigh, NC; his wife Olga Owens (Moya) of Lynn, MA; his children, Tasha Owens (Nelson Santiago) of Sunrise, FL, Cornelius E. Owens III (Indhira Owens) of Lawrence, MA, Derek Owens of Wellesley, MA, Emmanuel Owens of Lynn, MA, Andrea Moya of Everett, MA and Cesar Moya of Cambridge, MA; his sisters, Pamela Brown (Peter Brown) of Haverhill, MA and Irene Owens of Raleigh, NC.; and his son Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
