He is survived by: his son Nathan Slate (Brandi) of St Augustine Florida; his grandchildren, Isabella and Cayden; his sisters, Linda Bain of Wakefield and Betty Couture of Saugus; his stepdaughters, Jessica and Stephanie; his pet Peewee; and his sister Diane Tucker. He is also survived by Uncle.
