He is survived by: his parents, Carmen Moreno (German) of Lynn and Diogenes Domingo Gutierrez of New Jersey; his siblings, Carmen (Peter Panacopoulos) of Danvers, Cecilia Gutierrez of Middleton and Delwin Gutierrez of Lynn; his stepsiblings, Rosa Moreno and Nelkis Moreno; his stepsibling's children, Ashley Ruiz of Beverly, Cecilia Gutierrez of Lynn, Amadelyne Gutierrez of Lynn, Alexa Gutierrez of Lynn, Danielle Gutierrez of Lynn, Viviana Gutierrez of Peabody and Diogenes Gutierrez of Peabody; his grandchildren, Mikhail Minier, Mya Gutierrez and Bryson Lopez; his nieces, Aviana and Ella Panacopoulos of Danvers; and his nephew Grayson Gutierrez of Middleton. He is also survived by his mother, his children, his siblings, cousins and his nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
