Edward A. Laconca Obituary
We announce the death of Edward A. Laconca of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 89. Edward will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie N. Laconca (Belliveau); his parents, John Laconca and Louise Laconca (Pizzi); his daughter Linda Gordinas (John) of Swampscott; and his siblings, Rose Cimmaruta and Vincent "Jimmy" Laconca.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Recine (Larry) of Merrimac and Jim Laconca (Beth Kwiatkowski) of Swampscott; and his grandchildren, Zach, Julia Recine, Jake, Jared, Brendan and Lilly Gordinas. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (26 Bessom St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
