With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Eileen M. McCarthy of Lynn, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Eileen left this world on July 26, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. McCarthy and Lillian McCarthy (McCormack); her siblings, Mary Holloway, Connie Manfras, Edmund McCarthy, Barbara McCarthy, Daniel McCarthy and Joseph Egan; and her siblings' children, Peggie Holloway, Michael McCarthy, Thomas Holloway and Joseph McCarthy.
She is survived by: her sister Patti McCarthy of Lynn; and her sibling's children, Jane Hurton, Anne Ridley, Jim Holloway, Marie Bacherman, Stephen McCarthy, Jean Lepore, Daniel McCarthy, Robert McCarthy, Joseph Egan, Kevin Egan and Maureen Egan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (115 Union St, Lynn, MA 01902).
