He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence O. Brown and Loretto Agnes Brown (Card). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Brown (Spurr); and his children, Franklin R. (Maryjo Brown) of Tewksbury, Patricia (Thomas Clements) of Nahant and Sandra (Kendal Stephens) of Cary. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
