He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Avelino Rivera and Myrna Vazquez; his children, Melissa, Erica Buckley, Kiana and Hector Rivera Jr.; his grandchildren, Eilyna, Franklin Juarez Jr., Ricardo Pagan Jr., Luis Juarez, Jaylene Pagan and Xzavier Rivera; and his siblings, Myrna of Avelino, JR, Madeline, Juhavel, Kenneth and Ednamarie Rivera. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
