He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Fitzgerald Sr. and Hortense Fitzgerald (Dragone); his brother Gerard Fitzgerald; and his siblings-in-law, Joey Holey of Lynn, Mark Holey of Lynn and Jay Holey of Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fitzgerald (Holey); his children, Jason Fitzgerald (Laura), John Fitzgerald and Julie Fitzgerald of Lynn; his grandchildren, Franklin MacDaniel and Gabriella Fitzgerald; his sister Kathleen Barrett; and his siblings-in-law, Susan DeLuties (Rudy) of Lynn, Paul Holey (Karen) of Lynn, Peter Holey of Lynn and Diane Holey of Lynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
