He was predeceased by : his father John Hayes; his cousin Paul Lindner; and his stepbrothers, Scott Kirk and Michael Kirk. He is survived by : his mother Sandi Kirk (late Michael) of Lynn; and his cousins, Bernard Lindner (Joanne), Thomas Lindner, Barbara Stockwell, Charlie Stockwell, James Louge, Andrew Louge, Julie Lindner and Melissa Lindner.
