He is survived by: his children, James O'Blenes (Kathleen), Brenda L. Maes (Michael) and Donna O'Blenes; his siblings, Barbara O'Blenes, Robert O'Blenes (Sharlene) and Ray O'Blenes (Chris); his grandchildren, Erin O'Blenes (Tony Modugno), Brian Landry (Caitlyn), Jennifer Ragusa (Anthony), James O'Blenes (Hannah Nowell) and Steven Maes; and his great grandchildren, Mia Modugno, Anthony Modugno, Hailee Ragusa, Anthony Ragusa and Rylee Ragusa.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in his memory to American Diabetes Association.
