We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2022, at the age of 67, Jeremiah D. Costantino of Lynn, Massachusetts, born in Wakefield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Costantino and Maria Costantino (Martorella); and his sister Patricia Costantino Cutler. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Costantino and Rosa Bruzzese; and his nieces and nephews, Bianca Bruzzese, Gianna Cutler, Jake Cutler and Toni Marie Costantino. He is also survived by his aunts and cousins.
