He was predeceased by: his mother Jeannette Cennami. He is survived by: his father John Fazio; his aunt Matilda; his uncle Gillis; his son John Fazio of Lynnfield; and his siblings, Joseph Fazio of Chatham, Matilda Riley of Lynn and Anne Marie Sherman of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles.
