As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Beatty (Smithers); and his parents, John Beatty and Sally Beatty (Salerno). He is survived by: his daughter Michele O'Meara; his son-in-law James O'Meara; his grandson JJ; and his siblings, Mary Jo Hynes (Kevin Todd), Thomas Beatty and Joseph Beatty (Heather Beatty). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home (157 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
