With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jose A. Cordero Quiles of Lynn, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Cordero and Ramona Quiles; and his sisters, Lidubina, Maria and Flor.
He is survived by: his spouse Placides "Payita"; his children, Maria (Rudy), Nereida (Pablo), Carmen, Margarita (Alex) and Jose Jr. (Tina); and his siblings, Aurea (late Luis), Concepcion, Arelys (Tite), Henry (Paula) and Esteban. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
