She was predeceased by: her parents, John McNeil and Jean McNeil (Boudreau); and her mother-in-law Doris O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Thomas; her children, Joshua Langlois, Savannah Landry (Wesley) and Katrina Thomas; her grandchildren, Amari Encarnacion, Joshua, Daniel, Aubrey and Wesley Jr. Landry; her siblings, Robin Jandrisevits (Peter), Paul Gavin (Sandy), Sandra Landry (Ricky), Johnny, Daniel, James, David and William McNeil; and her niece Angelique McNeil. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Known affectionately as "Kathie", she devoted her life to Health and Human Services, making meaningful contributions at Millennial Staffing, the Seven Hills Foundation, and the Lynn Homeless Shelter.
