He is survived by: his wife Sheri Maser-Chiappini; his daughters, Crista (Shawn), Gina and Angela (Brandon); his grandchildren, Brittany of Traverse City, Paige of Traverse City, Alexa of Traverse City, Anthony of Traverse City, Tyler of Traverse City, Kelsey of Traverse City, Keegan of Traverse City, Austin of Traverse City, Bella of Traverse City and Roman of Traverse City; and his siblings, Marie (John), Cindy (Mike) and Chip (Phyllis). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews.
