He was predeceased by: his father John F. Behen Sr.; his wife Ann Marie Behen; his brother Daniel "Danny" Behen; and his close friend Debra Richard of Winthrop. He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Behen (Reebenacker) of Lynn, MA; his daughters, Tara O'Meara (Jonathan) of Wilmington, Jaime Behen (Kelly) of Danvers and Christina Lincoln (Barron) of San Diego, CA; his grandsons, Benjamin O'Meara, William O'Meara and Barron Lincoln III; and his siblings, John F. Behen Jr. (Ann-Marie) of Danvers, MA, Pamela Reed (Behen) of Virginia Beach, VA and Kathleen Doudna of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home (157 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Boy's and Girl's Club of Lynn.
