In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Nikolaos leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Nikolaos may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimitrios Dimitrakopoulos and Eugenia Dimitrakopoulos (Nikolopoulos). He is survived by: his wife Sofia Dimitrakopoulos (Kardas); his children, James Dimitrakopoulos (Allie) and Gia Smith (Derek); his granddaughter Nikoletta Dimitrakopoulos; and his siblings, Thanasi Dimitrakopoulos (Teddy) and Christina Gomatos (Dimitraki). He is also survived by nephews, as well as many aunts, cousins, and godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (54 S Common St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
