He is survived by: his wife Donna Puzzo; his children, Daniel Puzzo, Matthew Puzzo, Danielle Wright, Kellyanne Godek and Kimberly Lansdale; his grandchildren, Timothy, Alex, Katelyn, Joey and Summer; his brothers, Joe Puzzo (Sandra) and Larry Puzzo (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Sue Puzzo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
