He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Moran and J. Francis Moran of Lynn; and his brothers, Joseph Moran and Daniel Moran. He is survived by: his wife Carole A. Moran (Regan); his children, Maura Moran (John Madron) of Oxford, England and Philip David Moran, Jr. (Nicole) of Gloucester; his granddaughter Alexia Moran of Gloucester; and his sister-in-law Germaine McManus of Lynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
