He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis T. Galeaz (Santangelo); and his parents, Joseph Galeaz and Josephine Galeaz (Lorenzoni). He is survived by: his children, Gregory R. Galeaz (Lori) of Naples, FL and Lynn McNeil of Lynn; his grandchildren, David Costello (Wendy), Brittney Donovan (Sean), Michael Galeaz and Melanie Galeaz; his great grandchildren, Troy, Roman and Logan Costello; his sister Rena Giaramita; his sibling's children, Robert Giaramita (Yvonne), Mary Giaramita (Kelly), Joanne Tobin (Bob), Lynn Margiotta (Matteo), Douglas Hart (Nancy), Lorette Kelley and Jason Kelley; and his friends, Richard Lindsey and John Dalton.
