She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbur Smith and Germaine Smith (Fortier). She is survived by : her husband Alvin Hubert; her children, David Hubert of Lynn and Christine LeTourneau of Lynn; her grandson Zachary LeTourneau; and her brother Robert Smith of Marblehead.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to Boston North Cancer Association, Inc., P.O. Box 3153, Peabody, MA 01960.
