He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Rivera and Trinidad Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his daughter Vicky (Fernando); his grandchildren, Valeria and Oliver; his daughter Sandra (Luis Enrique); his grandchild Solymar; his great grandchild Diego (Chris); Julianna (Corey), Hunter, Greyson, Alexis (AJ) and Easton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Lynn Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
