He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Blake (Boland) and John F. Blake; and his siblings, Lawrence Blake and Celia Lizotte. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. (Melvin); his children, Brendan Blake and Melanie Blake; and his grandchild Aslan Blake. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
