He is survived by: his wife Leticia; his daughter Emma Tobin (Cole); his grandson Wes of Dover, NH; his siblings, Paula Phipps (Jeff) of Lynn and Michael LeVangia (Sherry) of Lynn; his nephew Kevin Phipps (Natalie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, James and Hayden; his nephew Andrew Phipps (Sara); and his great-niece Vivienne.
