She was predeceased by: her father Jorge Alfredo Ruiz. She is survived by: her mother Carmen Velasquez of California; her children, Carlos Ruiz (Lori Dossett) of Salisbury, Jose Tovar of Lynn and Nancy Hernandez (Armando) of Dallas; her siblings, Blanca Rivera (Alex) of Florida, Ana (Hernando Avilez), Wilfredo (Rosita Ruiz) and Anajulia of California; and her grandchildren, Carlos, Veronica, Priscilla, Maria, Kendra, Natahlia, Arianna and Jayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
