He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter V. Proodian Sr. and Nora Proodian (Minasian); his granddaughter Gina Proodian-Lucas; and his wife Barbara Proodian (Patten). He is survived by: his sons, Walter V. Proodian III (Geraldine) of Lynn and Wayne Proodian of Peabody; and his grandchildren, Angela Proodian, Matthew Proodian, Pamela McIntyre, Jeffrey Proodian and Rachel Ramirez. He is also survived by his 11 great-grandchildren and numerous friends.
