He is survived by: his children, Theresa Henry-Reese, Nicole Johnson, Shane Johnson, Wayne Johnson and Eddie Searle; his wife Cynthia Curtis; and his stepchildren, Michelle Campbell, Michael Curtis, Amanda Curtis and Matthew Curtis.
