He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Cahill and Eileen D. Cahill (Malone); and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his son William "Lil Bill" Cahill, Jr. (Tara) of Lynn; his grandsons, Billy, Brandon and Jackson; and his siblings, Michael Cahill of Lynn, Larry Cahill (Peggy) of Lowell, Eileen Moalli (Peter) of Lynn and Tricia Jackson (Rich) of Fremont, NH. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
