He was predeceased by: his parents, James Middleton and Josephine Middleton (Bencale). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Grant); his children, Jodi Ditchfield (Stephen) of Peabody and William Middleton II (Kerriann) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Lily, Payton, Stephen and Grace Ditchfield; and his siblings, Susan Middleton of Raymond, NH, Joseph Middleton and Debra Greenleaf (Middleton).
