It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Matheson of Malden, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis DiStefano and Mary Elizabeth DiStefano (Cameron); her husband John "Bucky" Matheson; her son Scott E. McGrath of Malden; and her brothers, Jerry DiStefano of Malden and Bob DiStefano of California.

She is survived by : her son John P. Matheson (Ingrid) of Malden; her brother Louis DiStefano of Texas; her daughter-in-law Cheryl McGrath; her grandchildren, Brianna McGrath, Courtney McGrath, Nicole McGrath and Jameson McGrath; her great grandchildren, Colton and Alaina Squires; and her great-niece Ann. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
