He is survived by: his wife Lois Romeo; his sibling Charlie; his sister-in-law Lois; his children, Louis J. Rivers (Maggie Carswell), Nancy R. Kunz (Rob), James C. Rivers Jr. (Jennifer Smith) and Carol Susi (Lou); his grandchildren, Amanda Rivers, Jacki Costello (Eddie), Brittany Tambeau (Moge Maciel), Mitch Rivers (Dottie Mayo), Laura Kunz, Alexia Rivers, Rachel Kunz and Maceo Susi; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Keira, Noa, Charlie, Julian, Matthew, Brooke and Isabella; his siblings, Joan Chuha, Jack Rivers, Bruce Rivers, Vera Rivers and Linda Burdick; his cousin Louise Ames; Gail and Bruce.
