She was predeceased by : her husband William Cline; her siblings, Elvera Sneed Ransom, Elbert T. Sneed and Lewis Sneed; her father Edward Marshall Howard; her godson Dwight Sutherland; and also, Elizabeth Howard Freeman, Doretha Sutherland and Robert Staton.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Cline of Providence, RI, William M. Cline Jr. (Darlene) of Fall River, MA and Lesa Cline-Ransome (James) of Rhinebeck; her grandchildren, Jaime Ransome, Maya Ransome, Malcolm Ransome, Leila Ransome, Akasha Holley and Milan Cline; her stepson David Jennings; her sisters, Shirley Johnson and Ruby Jackson; her sisters-in-law, Dawn-Marie Sneed and Cynthia Cheryl Sneed; and her godchildren, Dorian Howard, Kim Sneed Johnson and Palmer Jackson III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
