He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fasulo and Virginia Fasulo (Giovinello); and his nephew Jason Pires. He is survived by: his siblings, Carmen Fasulo of Malden, Robert Fasulo (Linda) of Wilmington and Emily Pires (Ed) of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Tara-Ann DeFilippo (Carmine), Rob Fasulo (Melissa) and Danielle Pires.
It has been requested that in Lieu of Flowers contributions may be made in Frank's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
